You'll help shape integrations and apps that are reliable, scalable, easy to adopt, and grounded in Remote's deep expertise in global employment, payroll, and compliance.




Your mission is to make every customer engagement compound — turning recurring integration and app needs into repeatable, high-quality experiences that deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.
Understand data mapping, data flows, authentication flows, API keys, edge cases, and compliance requirements across 100+ countries.
Quality & Reliability: Sweat the details of data accuracy, sync reliability, error handling, observability, and supportability so integrations work well in real customer workflows.
Establish and track KPIs for technical performance, customer outcomes, and business impact, including adoption, reliability, retention, and customer satisfaction.
General Requirements
Senior-Level Experience (Required): Track record as a Product Manager with a strong focus on Integrations, APIs, or Platform ecosystems.
Strong UX Sensibilities: You believe that data syncing, even at scale across jurisdictions, should feel simple and seamless to the end user.
