They serve as the primary leader for Store Managers, ensuring strong execution of retail standards, people development, brand expression, and continuous improvement. This role acts as the critical connector between store teams and headquarters, driving accountability, engagement, and performance across all KPIs.

Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and implement action plans to drive
Conduct structured store visits focused on coaching, performance assessment, and execution quality.




Lead focused performance recovery plans in underperforming stores, providing hands on support and coaching until sustainable improvement is achieved.
Translate performance data into clear, practical insights for Store Managers, linking commercial results to behaviours and actions in store, ensuring high standards of customer experience.
Operational Excellence and execution Ensure flawless execution of brand and operational standards including visual merchandising, in‑store
Ensure stores meet all compliance requirements: health & safety, labor law, security, and audit standards.
Manage workforce hours to store budgets, in compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Ensure store teams are clear on priorities, focusing on a small number of high impact actions rather than competing initiatives.
