About the role

We are looking for a Project Management Assistant (Trainee) to support the smooth execution of projects within our client services team.

This is a hands‑on internship where you will gain exposure to project management, finance administration and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced healthcare agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

-

- Assist with project management: Support the account services team coordinating admin tasks to develop campaigns.

- Administrative support: Handle various administrative tasks related to client management and D365. Be a liaison with the finance department to ensure the processes are followed accordingly.

- External interaction:



Collaborate with client services teams to maintain positive client and vendor relationships by providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.

- Team collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams including creative and medical departments to ensure seamless project execution.

About You

-

- Degree or Master’s in Business Administration or similar.

- Strong interest in project management and agency/healthcare environment.

- Availability for at least 6 months and required ability to sign an internship agreement (convenio) with your school/university.

- Good level of English (international environment) and Spanish.

- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
