The Straumann Integral Medical Education team is responsible for the successful commercialization of Straumann innovations from a training and education perspective.
You play a crucial role in bringing our education programs to life by implementing and managing hands‑on experiences for healthcare professionals to nurture confident use of Straumann innovations.
In this role, you enable the end-to-end delivery of impactful learning experiences and exploit your strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities and excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills to manage Straumann’s course materials portfolio.




We seek a highly analytical and results oriented professional with experience in international medical device environments to lead:
The end-to-end implementation of new course and demo materials concepts in collaboration with internal product and education management organizations, Straumann Group supply chain, as well as 3rd party vendors.
The end-to-end lean management of course & demo materials portfolio in collaboration with regions, key markets and select 3rd party education partners.
Strategic cost optimization initiatives for course and demo materials in collaboration with cross‑functional teams, i.e. finance, accounting, procurement, supply chain, education and external partners.
Global education, product management, and events teams
