Our client is an international technology company transforming the way millions of consumers access digital entertainment through partnerships with telecom operators and global brands. As they expand their gaming business, they are looking for an experienced Head of Games to build the strategy, lead a growing specialist team, and drive the evolution of a global gaming platform across multiple markets.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a newly created business unit, influence executive decision-making, and define how gaming products are monetised and scaled internationally.

Main Responsibilities:
Define and execute the long-term gaming strategy aligned with business objectives
Build the roadmap for the gaming business, identifying the most attractive market opportunities and monetisation models
Lead the end-to-end gaming portfolio from concept through launch, optimisation and growth
Drive product decisions using commercial and user performance metrics including retention,



ARPU, lifetime value and revenue growth
Evaluate new gaming segments, distribution channels and commercial opportunities across global markets
Own the gaming P&L; and deliver sustainable business growth
Develop monetisation strategies including subscriptions, in-game purchases, advertising and other emerging revenue models
Build and manage strategic relationships with game studios, publishers, platform providers and technology partners
Lead commercial negotiations and content acquisition initiatives
Oversee gaming partnerships and ensure successful integration of new content into the platform
Build, develop and lead a multidisciplinary gaming team while defining the future organisational structure
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape the future direction of the gaming business
Establish KPIs, governance processes and quality standards across the gaming portfolio
