Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, and Friday from 9:00 to 15:00. Relocation: No relocation support provided; About the Position This hybrid role requires native or bilingual English proficiency and offers uncapped commissions, working within a dynamic sales environment. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing subscriptions, for a leading e-commerce search technology company. You will be instrumental in driving growth and achieving key performance indicators.
Comprehensive training is provided for approximately 4 weeks during the first month.
This is a permanent contract position.
The compensation package includes adaptable benefits, a referral bonus, and office perkssuch as fruit, snacks, and monthly lunches, along with sports and community activities.
The hybrid work model (50%) is available after reaching at least 70% of the sales target.




The first 4 weeks of onboarding and training require full on-site presence in Madrid;after that, on-site presence is required approximately once a month, with travel andassociated expenses covered by the company.
Monthly commission target is 600 EUR, with performance multipliers: %
Native or bilingual English proficiency, with a US English accent.
~1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR / SDR / call center / outboundprospecting).
~ Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to calls, demos, trial-to-paidconversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated.
