GaN Technology Director / Senior Manager
This role combines deep technical expertise in semiconductor process development with strategic leadership, customer engagement, and team management. Lead iterative wafer fabrication cycles, driving improvements in process stability, yield, reliability, and device performance.
Work closely with Device Engineering, Process Integration, Metrology, Reliability, and Packaging teams to validate technologies and ensure manufacturability.
Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering organization, promoting technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Experience leading and growing multidisciplinary engineering teams of 10+ professionals.
Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and develop technical talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
