, we're looking for an experienced
Cybersecurity Program Director
to lead a strategic cybersecurity transformation program within an international organization.
Hybrid position based in Barcelona (Spain).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years
of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or IT.
7+ years
leading cybersecurity programs or large-scale transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of
Information Security, Cloud & IT Infrastructure, Networks, SDLC, and Security Risk Management
.
Experience managing
executive stakeholders
and reporting to
C-Level
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Professional English proficiency (C1/C2).
Nice To Have
Experience with
ISO 27001, NIST, DORA, or NIS2
.
Experience in
regulated industries
.
Certifications such as
CISM, CISSP, PMP
, or similar.
What You'll Do
Lead a
integral cybersecurity transformation program
across multiple workstreams.
Coordinate
cross-functional teams
and executive stakeholders.
Monitor progress, manage
risks, dependencies, and blockers
.
Drive
program governance
and executive reporting through
KPIs and dashboards
.
Ensure alignment between




business and technical teams
.
