The Legal & Compliance Counsel will report to the Legal Director of Noatum Maritime Services and will ensure the company operates in full compliance with all statutory,



legal and internal policies and requirements by developing and monitoring compliance programs, proactively identifying and mitigating risks before escalation, conducting reviews and providing expert guidance on legal and ethical standards to uphold the organization’s integrity.
In addition to compliance responsibilities, The Legal & Compliance Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support to the business by drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts, ensuring legal risks are identified, escalated, and effectively managed in alignment with applicable laws and the Group’s legal standards.
Advise internal departments and employees on sanctions, AML, ABAC and other compliance related matters.
