We are looking for a Principal AI Engineer with an end-to-end vision of AI systems , able to connect business needs with technical solutions. Architect LLM/agentic RAG and agentic workflow patterns (orchestration, tool use, integrations) aligned with enterprise-grade quality and reliability expectations.
Establish standards for governance, safety guardrails, evaluation, monitoring/observability, auditability and cost control for AI in production.
Degree in Computer Science (CS), Business Informatics, Data Science, Engineering — or comparable practical experience. (Fluent English; Cross-cultural environment (20 nationalities workingtogether).
