The role - your passion
- Your roadsurfer Station - Location Management: You take on the independent leadership and establishment of the location, closely collaborating with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site
- Process Optimization: You successfully implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas (coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation)
- Collaboration with roadsurfer Stations: You maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing improvements
- Team Leadership: As a Team Leader, you motivate and lead your on-site team. This includes onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control
