We are seeking a very experienced quant profile with proven financial/real estate/Business Intelligence (BI) and quantitative/data skills to join our AM team and be part of the creation and growth of new processes, methods for applying SVA tech tools and quantitative models to originate and deliver AM projects to maximize performance of our existing global business. The AM business has significant potential for growth,
with this role to play a crucial role in the success of our growth initiative.
This role will be focused on the development and continuous improvement of quantitative AM services and processes with a heavy component in data processing and visualization. You will work closely with AM real estate professionals and the SVA integral innovation team, aligning with our clients' AM strategies by adopting a data-driven approach in all project stages (origination, evaluation, execution, and client delivery) and developing new services.
You will be the point of reference for advanced users of AM services and will work with AM teams on complex services, including customizing technical solutions for specific projects/markets. You will be based in Madrid and will work within the AM team and collaborate with SVA innovation throughout the globe.
This role will heavily involve data, BI, and coding to build solutions, some of which will turn into dashboards
