About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Trainee to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in data‑driven sales analytics and customer development, working closely with our Head of Accounts, Key Account Managers, and other experienced professionals in the field.





Responsibilities
- Sales Reporting: Create and maintain both standardized and ad‑hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and business relevance. Analyse data to identify key insights and highlights.
- Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic plans for assigned key accounts, contributing ideas to enhance customer engagement and drive business and category growth.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Trade Marketing, Customer Trade, and Operations to ensure alignment on customer needs and successful execution of initiatives.
- Sales Support: Assist in the sales process, including the preparation of presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
