Your mission
We are looking for a person to join our Automotive Laboratory, within the area of Laboratories.

What you will do:
- Participation in projects (preparation and execution) as a member of research groups or as Principal Investigator.
- Providing testing and consultancy services to external and internal clients in the automotive and transport sector. Preparation and/or review of technical reports of results.
- Participation in internal and external audits.
- Identifying and proposing equipment needs: Searching for and selecting new equipment and/or accessories according to needs and possibilities.
- Visiting relevant clients for AIMPLAS related to the sector.
- Participate in dissemination activities: technical conferences, congresses, informative articles in sector bulletins and magazines, etc.
- Participate in training activities related to their knowledge.

Your profile
Strong analytical skills, organizational and planning abilities, initiative, creativity, leadership, flexibility, adaptability to change, customer orientation, teamwork,



and a genuine commitment to people (cooperation and empathy) are qualities we seek in every role at AIMPLAS.
A demonstrable high level of English and an intermediate level of Spanish are required.
Availability to travel occasionally.
Valid Category B driving licence.
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Additional Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Polymer and Composite Materials Technologies will be highly valued.
A Master's degree or PhD in Plastics Materials, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline will also be considered an asset.
Experience:
Experience in the following areas:
⢠Quality control within the automotive sector.
⢠Knowledge of automotive testing procedures and laboratory practices.
⢠Knowledge of quality management systems applicable to the automotive industry.
