The Recipe (About the Role)
As a Technology Business Partner,



you will act as the key link between business functions and technology, translating strategic goals and operational priorities into outcomefocused, technology roadmaps. You will evaluate options, build robust business cases, and oversee delivery and ongoing guidance through internal teams and external partnersprioritising standard solutions before considering customisation.
You will own dataled resolutions, process standardisation, and the adoption of modern, scalable platforms, helping the organisation grow its brands through the effective use of advanced technologies.
Over the next three to five years, you will play a critical role in accelerating digital enablement across the organisationimproving process maturity, driving automation and evaluation, reducing technical debt, and embedding strong change and adoption practices that scale with continued growth.
