The Recipe (About the Role)
As a Application Support and Dynamics 365 (D365) Product Update (PU) Management,



you will take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring maximum business value from the platform while providing advanced application help across the organisation. You will translate business strategy into a clear, actionable pipeline of enhancements, prioritising standard, lowcustomisation solutions to drive efficiency and scalability.
You will govern change through structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release processes, ensuring system reliability, stability, and strong user adoption. Working closely with stakeholders, you will balance business needs with technical best practice to deliver sustainable, highquality outcomes.
You will play a key role in enabling a digitally motivated, dataled operating modeldriving process standardisation using native Dynamics 365 capabilities, enabling integrations and evaluations, and improving delivery speed and quality through modern product
