Kantox delivers Currency Management Automation software that handles real financial operations for corporate clients across 75 countries, and as we take on larger, more complex implementations, we need someone who can own them end-to-end.
This is a full-cycle individual contributor role: from solution design and project planning through to client go-live and handover.
Proactively managing implementation projects end to end: solution design, documentation, planning, and leading client workshops
Taking direct responsibility for project planning, tracking progress, and identifying and resolving risks and issues across concurrent implementations
Handling technical questions and issues with Product Management and Development regarding implementation requirements
You will be based in our Barcelona office,



working within a team of 6 implementation specialists and reporting to Victor, our Product Implementation Team Manager. A typical week is a mix of client workshops, solution design and documentation, project tracking across multiple concurrent implementations, and internal coordination with Product and Development.
You have a solid project management background in finance, consulting, or professional services, and you are comfortable running client workshops with senior stakeholders. You are organised, resilient under pressure, and the kind of person who looks for ways to improve a process, not just follow it.

3+ years managing projects in finance, consulting, or professional services
~ Fluent in English; Italian, Spanish, or German are a strong plus
~ Attention to detail and resilience under time pressure across multiple concurrent projects

Prior experience in a fintech, treasury, or FX-adjacent enviro
