About The Role

Are you passionate about sales, digital marketing, and helping businesses grow?

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Work Model: Hybrid (Office + Remote)

Employment Type: Full-time (39h/week)

Your Responsibilities

-

- Manage and onboard a portfolio of new business clients.

- Build strong relationships with customers in the German market.

- Conduct consultative outbound sales activities.

- Understand clients' business objectives and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions.

- Guide customers through the onboarding journey and ensure a seamless experience.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Monitor account performance and provide optimization recommendations.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.





- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.

Requirements

-

- Native or fluent German (C1/C2).

- Good level of English (B2 or higher).

- Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.

- Strong relationship‑building abilities.

- EU Citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit is preferred.
