What You’ll Do

- Engage with international travelers and accommodation suppliers, understanding and addressing their needs with the highest level of service.

- Handle inquiries related to services, payments, and technical requirements via email and phone.

- Ensure smooth communication by providing accurate information and following set processes.

- Be the go‑to problem solver, navigating tricky situations with a positive and motivated mindset.

What We’re Looking For

- Languages: Slovenian (C2) and advanced English.

- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal abilities,



and PC proficiency (Office 365, CRM Database).

- Mindset: Solution‑driven, goal‑oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.

- Experience: Prior customer service or contact centre experience is valued.

- Location Flexibility: Ability to work on‑site and remotely (within 100km of the office).
