Role Purpose As part of the evolution of the PTP function within Celsius entities, the PTP Supervisor role is established to strengthen operational control, improve issue resolution, and enhance team coordination. This position reports directly to the PTP Manager and acts as a key support and backup, ensuring continuity in leadership while taking ownership of operational execution, payment processes, and issue resolution across the PTP function. The PTP Supervisor will serve as the main point of contact for PTP Specialists, driving accountability, ensuring process compliance, and leading resolution of operational challenges.Please note:Salary range (50,000 - 52,000) is in Euros per yearThis is a hybrid role, requiring to be onsite at our Barcelona office 3x days per weekKey ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership & Team SupportAct as first point of contact for all PTP Specialists for operational queries and escalationsProvide day-to-day guidance and ensure proper task prioritizationSupport workload coordination across the teamAct as backup to the PTP Manager when requiredIssue Resolution Ownership & SLA ManagementTake full ownership of PTP issue resolution across all vendorsAct when PTP Specialists are unable to resolve issues (e.G., price or quantity mismatches)Act as primary coordinator with Procurement, business stakeholders, and vendors to unblock issuesDefine, monitor, and enforce SLAs for issue resolution, taking ownership of and driving resolution for issues not solved within agreed timelinesEnsure timely resolution and proper documentation of issuesProvide structured weekly reporting to PTP Manager and senior management on open and overdue issues, root causes,
