You’ll speak with IT Managers, CIOs, and Operations leaders to understand how they manage their people, devices, and Saa S tools today, and show them how Factorial can unify it all in one platform.Depending on your profile and career goals, you’ll focus either on:New Business (new logos) – acquiring new customersCustomer Expansion (existing customers) – upselling Factorial HR clientsWhy This Role Is SpecialThis is a founding role in a new vertical inside Factorial. You’ll not only close deals but help define our playbook, sales narrative, and customer experience for Factorial IT. Your success will directly shape how we grow this business across Europe.What You’ll DoManage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to n discovery sessions, product demos,
