At ALTER TECHNOLOGY TÜV NORD, we are looking for an experienced leader to head ourCertification Body, driving the growth of certification activities in emerging and highly regulated sectors such ascybersecurity, radio equipment, security systems and UAS (drones).This position combinesstrategic leadership, operational excellence and business development, offering the opportunity to shape the future of certification services within a global and innovative organization.Your missionLead and develop the Certification Body, ensuring growth, profitability and operational excellence.Define and implement new certification services, with special focus on cybersecurity and digital regulations.Manage multidisciplinary teams including technical experts, auditors and support functions.Oversee the complete certification lifecycle and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17065 and related frameworks.Build strong relationships with customers,
