The role is responsible for supplier strategy, commercial negotiations, team leadership, and performance management, ensuring delivery of regional revenue, margin, and sourcing objectives while building strong supplier partnerships and a high-performing team culture.## Key Responsibilities* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Contracting Managers.* Deliver regional commercial, sourcing, and operational objectives.* Build and optimize a competitive supplier portfolio.* Negotiate commercial agreements, rates, and supplier terms.* Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships.* Monitor commercial KPIs and supplier performance.* Identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions.* Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver business goals.* Drive regional growth, profitability, and operational excellence.## ## Skills & Experience* Experience managing travel supply chains and contracting suppliers across products such as hotels, transfers, car rental, or experiences.* Strong commercial negotiation experience, including rates, terms, service levels, and performance agreements.* Proven leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing contracting or procurement teams.* Ability to manage change, conflict, and underperformance effectively.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actions.* Experience managing supplier performance against commercial KPIs.* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.* Experience working with supplier and client API integrations.* Direct contracting experience with
