About the role:

We are looking for a Client Development Manager, Private Banking to own the end-to-end relationship with our agency partners and high-value creators.



This role combines white-glove client service with commercial ownership, ensuring clients are successfully onboarded, deeply engaged with the platform, and continuously expanding their use of MAKE. Reporting to the Director, Private Banking, you will act as a trusted advisor and relationship owner, balancing exceptional service with a proactive approach to client growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Onboarding & Activation
- Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients (agencies and creators)
- Guide clients through KYC/ KYB processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience
