Responsibilities

- Agency operational monitoring for the main business lines in SG GBIS Madrid, covering the EMEA perimeter.
- Checking the pre‑closing viability of contracts to be signed according to LMA standards.
- Ensuring compliance with KYC requirements and internal procedures.
- Post‑closing monitoring of the operation life, including analysis of covenants.
- Agency management in the three locations (Madrid, Frankfurt and Milan) across all Structured Finance business lines.
- Providing timely warnings and advice to the Business Office in Paris and Bangalore regarding deal characteristics.
- Maintaining close relationships with clients, Paris central teams, and local regulators in Madrid, Frankfurt and Milan.

Profile required Studies & experience




- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or a similar discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Back Office and/or Middle Office of Structured Finance.

Language skills
- English: C1.

Technical, operational & Soft skills
- Expertise in LOANIQ.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and teams in Spain and abroad.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organise time under the supervision of a senior manager.
- Demonstrated work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
