About The Role

We are currently looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Travel&Spend; product team and redefine the standard for how modern businesses manage their money on the move.

While most companies treat “Travel” and “Expenses” as two separate, clunky silos, your mission is to merge them into a single, seamless flow. This isn’t about incremental improvements;
it’s about building an end‑to‑end experience that removes friction and complexity, from budgeting and instant approvals to frictionless submission, payments and automated reconciliation.

As a Staff Product Manager, you will own a strategic area of our product, driving growth for our Spend product. This is a role for a builder who thrives in the “grey area.” You will navigate high levels of ambiguity, deeply research unmet user needs, and orchestrate execution across multiple product squads.

What You’ll Do

- Dig into Insights: Use data and user feedback to uncover the biggest opportunities for impact. Share findings with the team and turn them into actionable strategies.
- Share the Vision: Clearly communicate the “why” and “where” behind your product areas to keep your team inspired and stakeholders aligned.
- Define Strategies: Lay out clear plans for tackling the right problems—explain why they matter, how you’ll solve them, and how success will be measured.
