The General Cash Management Sales (GCMS) Specialist will be responsible for managing, developing, and expanding global cash management relationships within an assigned portfolio of CIB Global Clients. This role is focused on driving revenue growth through strategic cross‑selling of global and domestic cash management solutions, while working closely with Global Client Coverage teams, transactional bankers, local Cash Management units, and technical and innovation teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist the Global Sales Regional Manager in defining the business strategy and commercial plan for the promotion of global cash management products.
- Originate proactively global cash management commercial opportunities jointly with the Global Clients, Transaction and BEC bankers.
- Attend meetings with clients recurrently together with Global Clients, Transaction and BEC bankers.



Support bankers in presenting to the clients the BBVA global cash management product.
- Receive and manage Request for Proposals (RFP).
- Set up transaction product prices. Review those prices with the GTB Pricing Specialist to check if prices are within the margins laid down.
- Review legal documentation of agreements and contracts in collaboration with Legal CIB.
- Record the commercial opportunity in the Pipeline application updating its status along the life of the operation.
- Coordinate with the local CM teams the strategic alignment between the global and local cash management commercial strategy, promoting a global approach in the local client management.
