The role is responsible for leading on-site execution, coordinating suppliers,



and ensuring the smooth flow of attendees while making timely operational decisions to maintain safety, efficiency, and service quality throughout the Load-In , Event Operations , and Load-Out phases.
Supplier Management & Structural Installation (Load-In / Load-Out)
Oversee the installation and dismantling of temporary infrastructure, ensuring all structures are delivered in accordance with the approved site plans and operational requirements.
Supervise the installation of branding, signage, and creative elements, ensuring compliance with approved brand guidelines and quality standards.
Coordinate, together with the Production Assistants and Logistics teams, the arrival, parking, unloading, and movement of heavy equipment and technical deliveries.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the production schedule.
