Carry out urgent purchases and minor procurement requests submitted by Production and other authorized departments.
Coordinate the collection,



transportation, and delivery of materials, supplies, equipment, and consumables required for event operations.
Identify and source suitable local suppliers, stores, and service providers to meet last-minute operational requirements.
Provide logistical support for the replenishment of materials used by Production, Hospitality, Catering, Operations, and Backstage teams.
Coordinate with the Production team to prioritize requests and ensure timely and efficient delivery of purchased items.
Maintain a basic inventory of frequently used materials and consumables when required.
Report operational issues, recurring procurement needs, and opportunities to improve supply management processes.
Ensure that all purchases comply with approved budgets, procurement procedures, and event operational requirements.
Purchase and expense tracking records, including receipts and supporting documentation.
