We are looking for an Operations & Merchandising Analyst who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds the way to get things done This cross-functional role will allow you to interact with numerous areas of the business, understanding their needs and ways of working and giving you the opportunity to learn about how Fever works.
Participate in cross-functional projects focused on improving operational performance, with a strong emphasis on merchandising processes such as forecasting, pricing, stock control and logistics.
Assist in the launch and expansion of merchandising operations in new cities and countries, coordinating requirements across logistics, procurement, finance, marketing and onsite teams.
Manage day-to-day project tracking , ensuring stakeholders are aligned, deadlines are met and blockers are escalated early.
Support the creation of forecasting models, P&Ls;, pricing analyses and sales dashboards to inform decisions around stock, margins and demand planning.
