To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on engineering mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment As a Staff Senior Technical Program Manager, you will partner closely with Staff Engineers and engineering leaders on cross-team, cross-repository initiatives that strengthen Fever's technical foundation.
This is not a coordination-only role. We are looking for someone who can operate close to the technical decision-making: understanding trade-offs, identifying risks, managing partners, challenging assumptions, and proactively proposing solutions when projects become ambiguous or blocked.
In this individual-contributor leadership role, you will act as the connective tissue between our strategic vision and cross-squad engineering execution. Staff Engineers and engineering leaders may define the broader architecture, but you will be expected to own the day-to-day executi
