We are looking for a Personal Shopping Host (Arabic Speaker) to join our team at La Roca Village and support the delivery of exceptional, bespoke experiences for our Private Clients and VIC guests.
In this role, you will work closely with our Personal Shopping and Private Clienteling teams to ensure every guest receives a seamless and highly personalised experience before, during and after their visit. Acting as a key host and ambassador, you will help build meaningful relationships with clients, coordinate appointments and events, and deliver an elevated level of luxury service throughout every interaction.
What you'll do:
Support the Personal Shopping team in delivering exceptional experiences for Private Clients and VIC guests.
Build and maintain relationships with clients through proactive communication and engagement.
Coordinate personal shopping appointments, guest visits and bespoke experiences.
Work closely with Personal Shopping, Private Clienteling, Hospitality and Village teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Welcome guests,



brands and partners, ensuring a warm and memorable experience both online and in person.
Support the organisation and delivery of events and activities within the Personal Shopping Suites.
Represent the Personal Shopping team at on-site and off-site events when required.
Manage daily administrative tasks including bookings, emails and guest requests.
Act as an ambassador for Personal Shopping and La Roca Village, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service.
Who you are:
Experienced in personal shopping, luxury retail, styling, hospitality or clienteling environments.
Passionate about luxury service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Skilled at building relationships with high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders.
Guest-focused, proactive and highly organised.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
