Role Overview
You will be embedded within a cross-functional development team and contribute
throughout the full lifecycle of features and A/B tests - from defining success
metrics and supporting experiment design to analysing results and recommending
the next iteration. You will combine real-time data, player behaviour insights,
industry trends and business intuition to validate hypotheses and optimise the
player experience.
Working closely with Product Managers, developers, QA, art, level design and
Live Operations, you will develop a deep understanding of player journeys,
product performance and business outcomes. You will also collaborate with teams
such as User Acquisition and present insights and recommendations to senior
stakeholders.
This role will suit someone who goes beyond explaining what is happening in the
data to recommending what the team should do next.
Key Responsibilities
* Experience in Product Analytics, Game Analytics, Data Analytics or a closely
related role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data
into clear, actionable product recommendations.
* Experience designing, executing or supporting the full lifecycle of A/B
tests.
* Strong understanding of product KPIs and player behaviour
