We’re looking for a Industrial Engineer ALM to develop continuous improvement methodologies in Services Operations. You will apply lean manufacturing tools in projects executed by Services. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication — because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.

Your role, your impact
- Implement and apply lean manufacturing tools in projects executed by Services as well as the implementation of execution tools developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance.
- Interpretation of electrical schematics and associated technical documentation
- Definition and validation of electrical assembly/disassembly operations in modification processes




- Preparation of industrial deliverables associated with electrical activities
- Standardization of processes
- Notify incidents / near misses that affect Railway Safety to its hierarchical superior and EHS managers.
- Develop continuous improvement map / standardization of maintenance exams-activities
- Management of main KPIs.
- Improvement in the efficiency of the processes
- Work with the production department to make decissions based on the data analysis.

What you bring
- Academic background: University degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical, Electrical or related studies.
- knowledge of electrical systems (wiring, cabinets, onboard equipment); experience in the railway environment is considered an asset.
