Location : Gavà, Spain, Hybrid (4 days per week in the office)
In this role, you will lead the scientific marketing of a global portfolio of cosmetic active ingredients, shaping how innovation is positioned, communicated, and adopted across markets. Acting as a key bridge between R&D;, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing, you will translate complex science into compelling, compliant, and commercially relevant value propositions that drive successful product launches and long-term portfolio growth.
Define and lead short-, mid-, and long-term innovation pipelines for cosmetic active ingredients, ensuring alignment with global business strategy.
Develop robust business cases and prioritize projects based on strategic fit, market opportunity, and financial impact.
Lead the Stage & Gate process for Active Ingredients innovation projects, driving disciplined execution from concept to launch.
Lead global new product launches by defining compelling positioning and value propositions in close collaboration with R&D;, Pricing, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.




Translate complex scientific data into clear, compliant, and customer-relevant product stories that support global adoption.
Support the general sales organization by providing product expertise, customer-facing materials, and ongoing product-related support.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline such as Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience within the cosmetic active ingredients industry, preferably in marketing and/or technical roles.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with R&D;, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing teams in a global environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt messaging to different stakeholders and audiences.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
MBA or equivalent advanced
