We’re looking for a Country Manager to be the single-threaded owner of establishing and growing Notion’s presence in Spain. Think of it as building a startup within Notion: you will own Notion's mission delivery and revenue maximization in-country — partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and other cross-functional teams to maximize impact. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy in local decision-making,
while staying tightly aligned with general and regional strategy. You will be accountable for all revenue of the Spain business
Deeply understand existing and prospective Notion users in-market — their workflows, use cases, and unmet needs — and translate those insights into a market strategy
Build momentum in the local ecosystem through community, startups, strategic partnerships, and customer advocacy
Establish Notion’s brand presence in-market and represent Notion as the public face across press, events, and executive conversations
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure customers achieve meaningful outcomes with Notion
Actively seek opportunities to engage, promote, and grow Notion’s presence across Spain and the broader EMEA region
