Role purpose:

The Net Zero Global Procurement Business Partner leads and supports assigned activities associated with delivering and reporting on Arcadis sustainability ambitions for our supply base, with a strong focus on decarbonization of our supply chains.

The Procurement Business Partner acts as a practical counterpart and advisor to procurement and business stakeholders, translating Net Zero requirements into usable guidance, supplier engagement, process improvements and reporting support.

This role will have selected workstreams and project deliverables independently owned and delivered,



in line with the strategy for Global Sustainable Procurement and with a special focus on Arcadis’ Net Zero mission.

Role Responsibilities

Lead or co-lead targeted Net Zero / Scope 3 workstreams with clearly defined deliverables, while managing day-to-day stakeholder relationships across procurement, Arcadis business lines and selected suppliers.
Provide practical instructions, advice and training to Category Procurement Directors, buyers and relevant business stakeholders on how to improve sustainability performance and contribution to Net Zero commitments.
Support supplier development and collaboration with selected suppliers to improve greenhouse gas reporting, target setting, decarbonisation planning and delivery of shared sustainability performance.
Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of category sustainability/risk strategies, aligned with Arcadis sustainability values and commitments.
