Joining our Team at Hilton Barcelona, as a Conference & Events Coordinator and offers the opportunity to combine hospitality expertise, commercial awareness, and precise event management in a dynamic independent hotel sector setting. The role is responsible for coordinating the complete MICE cycle, from understanding client briefs and preparing tailored proposals to managing contracts, agendas, technical needs, catering details, room setups, suppliers, guest services, and post-event follow-up. You will maintain accurate records, monitor deadlines and budgets, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver consistent standards and positive client feedback. Candidates should hold a degree o similar qualification,



bring at least two years of experience in hospitality and previous experience handling meetings, conferences, incentives, banqueting, hotel sales, or event operations, and communicate confidently in professional English. This is an indefinite contract with full-time working hours Monday to Friday expecting flexibility to adapt to clients needs. You will have practical ownership of varied events, professional development in hotel operations, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and the chance to build lasting relationships with corporate customers and event partners.
