Specializing in high-efficiency micronutrients, specialized fertilizers, biostimulants, and crop protection solutions, the company develops, registers, and produces advanced agronomic solutions driven by internal R&D; and state-of-the-art production facilities .
We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to establish, expand, and lead the brand's presence across the region .
Distribution & Channel Management: Develop and manage a robust network of local distributors and cooperatives; negotiate annual terms, define joint sales plans, and manage inventory rotation .
Commercial Execution: Design and execute the annual regional commercial plan aligned with local phenological calendars (olives, citrus, stone fruit, vegetables, berries) .
Field Demonstrations: Organize trial plots and field demonstration days in collaboration with local distributors to validate product efficacy
Profitability & Credit: Monitor margins per account and product line,



managing pricing policies and local credit risks in coordination with administration .
Track activities in CRM, provide market intelligence on competitors and residue demands, and contribute to monthly forecasting .
Experience: 3-6 years of proven technical sales experience in agricultural inputs (specialty fertilizers, biostimulants, agrochemicals) with direct quota responsibility .
Strong network within Andalusian distribution/cooperatives and expertise in local crops (olives, citrus, fruit trees, vegetables, berries) .
valid driver's license and willingness to travel .
Specialized training in plant nutrition, fertigation, or foliar applications .
Professional English proficiency (B2+) .
Contract: Permanent contract (6-month trial period) .
Compensation: €34,000 - €40,000 gross base salary + 10% performance bonus .
