About The Role
As Traffic administrator , you will report directly to the Freight responsible and play a key role in ensuring customers shipments from booking through to completion, ensuring operational excellence, proactive communication, and a first‑class customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Accept and process customer bookings accurately and efficiently.
- Proactively monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, delays, or service challenges.
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

Your Background
- Previous experience within transport, logistics, freight forwarding, or international road operations preferred.
- Fluent in French and Spanish.
- Education in transport and logistics

Your Skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Good IT skills and experience using transport management systems and Microsoft Office.
- A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment.
