Strategic Management: Define the development strategy, procurement plan, and project-specific procedures (PEP).
Financial Control and Planning: Monitor the progress of the cost plan, master schedule, and risk register to ensure accurate forecasts.
Serve as the primary point of contact with the Client and coordinate consultants, designers, and contractors through effective communication strategies and meetings.
Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System by managing inspections, snag lists, and customized workflows in real time.
