Collaborate with customer teams on Sysdig deployments, architecture, and operational best practices
Drive alignment between customer business goals and Sysdig's technical capabilities through Success Planning and Outcome Mapping
Identify and mitigate account risk early through health monitoring,



technical diagnostics, and stakeholder alignment
Partner with Support and Professional Services to ensure high-quality solutions and efficient issue resolution
Mentor junior CSMs/CSEs and contribute to best practices, process improvements, and internal enablement
7+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Strategic/Technical Consulting at a SaaS or cybersecurity company
~ Hands‑on experience installing and troubleshooting solutions on Kubernetes; Strong understanding of cloud-native applications, platforms, security, automation, and DevSecOps across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
~ Demonstrated success driving measurable customer outcomes and leading executive-level engagements
~ Experience managing issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving resolution
~ Background in cybersecurity or DevSecOps is a strong plus
