Own the brand roadmap and decide where the team spends its energy
Lead go-to-market strategy as the owner of brand acquisition & activation, developing full-funnel plans that maximize the impact of new launches
Build across the full spectrum: demand generation, organic content, brand campaigns, landing pages, paid strategy, customer stories, case studies, sales decks, emails, and more
Be the connective point between brand and the business, so everything that carries the brand stays coherent, from a sales deck to a lifecycle email to a paid campaign
Protect and evolve the brand: positioning, voice, and visual identity, kept consistent and alive across ES, FR, IT, and PT
Make sure every initiative is measured, with clear KPIs tied to real business outcomes
Measurement and impact You'll own not just the work, but its results. Every initiative should have specific KPIs and a clear line to the business, whether that's pipeline, acquisition, activation,



or brand health. We want someone who plans for impact from the start, tracks it honestly, and uses what they learn to sharpen the next move. Brand here has to earn its place commercially, and you'll be the one proving it does.
What we're looking for Senior experience in brand, ideally in a fast-moving B2B or SaaS company, though what matters most is the quality of your judgment
Experience leading a creative or brand team, not just doing the work yourself
A track record owning go-to-market and full-funnel launches, from strategy through to the assets that make them real
Full professional fluency in English, written and verbal. This is our working language and you'll lead, present, and align in it every day
Native-level fluency in at least one of Spanish, French, or Italian is a strong plus. We build for four markets and localization has to feel native, never translated
