We are looking for a highly analytical and curiousMarket Analyst to join the Strategic Planning team at Puig. This role will play a critical part in building the fact base that underpins Puig’s strategic decisions, translating complex market, industry, and macroeconomic data into clear, actionable insights. Working closely with the Strategic Planning Manager and reporting to the Strategic Planning director, you will contribute to developing strategic assumptions and building the strategic fact base.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Market Intelligence, Consumer Insights, Finance, Markets, and Brand teams to gather insights and validate analyses.
3-5 years in market analysis, or analytics roles in strategy or consulting
