This is much more than an administrative role. You'll become a trusted partner to our leadership team, helping them stay organized, connected, and focused on driving the business forward. You'll work directly with Vice Presidents and Global Leaders, supporting strategic priorities while ensuring the day-to-day operations of the leadership team run seamlessly.

About the Role
As Business Coordinator/Collaboration Partner,



you'll provide executive and operational support to the IDT Leadership Team and senior leaders across our global organization.
You'll coordinate complex calendars, international travel, leadership meetings, business events, and key operational activities that enable the leadership team to perform at its best. This is a highly visible position requiring someone who can confidently engage with senior executives, anticipate needs before they arise, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

What You'll Do
Partner with Senior Leadership
- Support the IDT Leadership Team in their day-to-day activities.
- Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively identify solutions.
- Act as a trusted partner, ensuring leaders are prepared and focused on business priorities.
