TikTok Shop is seeking a Strategy Manager, Business Planning & Operations for the EMEA region, based in Madrid. You will own end-to-end strategy and operating mechanisms for key modules, lead cross-functional initiatives, and partner with Category, Partnerships, and Data Science to drive growth and improve efficiency.
