As Senior Director, Global Marketing, you will be crucial to making that happen. You will be accountable for the strategy and impact of field marketing, events, and partner marketing — three functions that collectively carry real pipeline and revenue targets.Reporting to the CMO, you will sit on the marketing leadership team alongside the VP of Growth Marketing, Product Marketing Director and GTM Engineering Leads, contributing actively to strategy, prioritisation, and cross-functional alignment. You will lead a highly talented, distributed marketing team and work as a peer to sales, customer success, and product leaders — as well as engaging directly with the executive team on priorities and business-critical deliverables. This role is for a leader who is as comfortable in a commercial conversation as a creative one,
who knows how to build high-performing teams across disciplines and geographies, and who brings genuine AI-first thinking to how they operate and scale a marketing function.
What you’ll be responsible for Commercial ownership
Own pipeline and ARR contribution targets across your functions — field marketing, events, and partner marketing all carry quotas and commercial accountability
Bring a PE-standard commercial mindset to how you plan, prioritise, and measure everything your team does
Regional and field marketing
Lead regional marketing across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring local execution is tightly aligned to sales targets and pipeline priorities in each market
Partner with Duetto's established Events team to provide strategic leadership and commercial direction across the general events programme — trade shows, industry conferences, and owned experiences
Ensure events activity is tightly integrated into broader campaign and pipeline strateg
