Mercury Spain is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead tender budgeting, margin control and commercial governance on major construction projects. You will coordinate with project teams to ensure profitable bids, accurate cost forecasting and strict adherence to budgets.
Based in Zaragoza, you will partner with procurement, project managers and QS to optimise procurement cycles, administer site instructions and ensure tender integrity from inception to completion.
