We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in similar roles and a high level of English, as this is a key requirement for the position.
Supporting management with basic financial analysis, including revenue tracking
Maintaining and updating client billing records and files
Monitoring Accounts Receivable and supporting collections management
Handling invoicing processes and ensuring accuracy in financial data
Coordinating closely with the reception team on administrative matters
Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role
Good understanding of financial administrative processes (invoicing, AR, billing tracking)
High level of English (essential requirement)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and urgent environment
Team player with strong communication skills
