You will connect creative work to performance metrics across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and more, collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep brand consistency and push innovative formats. - Produce a high volume of motion ad variations and iterate based on performance data and feedback
- Translate brand essence into visually compelling assets for all paid channels
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, engagement) to guide creative decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints
- Champion experimentation with motion techniques and AI tools to stay ahead
- Balance creativity with problem-solving and end-user focus




- Own the full creative process end-to-end from concept to final cutResponsabilidades
- Proven experience in motion design for paid media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display)
- Background in performance marketing or UA ads; understand metrics and outcomes
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on AI-native tools experience (Kling, Sora, Seedance, ElevenLabs, Nanobana, RunwayML, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly)
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite; Figma a plus
- Solid understanding of motion principles, color theory, typography for short-form/paid formats
- Portfolio showing motion work for paid/digital channels
